So I’ve been a bit MIA lately, but I’m back and ready to start creating more content than ever before. You might have noticed, my blog has undergone a bit of a transformation. I thought it was time for a little change starting with the name and layout.
I’ve got tonnes of fresh ideas for posts on the blog this year including a weekly project series, more interviews, personal life stories, videos and vlogs. I say ‘this year’ as if it’s only just begun. I’ve had a few things going on and I’ve been a little bit all over the place. Let’s just say a lot has happened since my last blog post.
1. I’m not in Vietnam anymore
I’ve come back to England for a short holiday. I returned towards the end of last year, seeing in the new year with my parents – something I’ve not done for years! It was a spontaneous decision that I made over Christmas. It involved me having to fork out more $’s to change my flight, but I’m glad I did it. It’s been nice to catch up with family and friends.
2. I’m no longer teaching English to cute little Asian kiddies in the conventional way
I’m still an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher but I’m working remotely. I’ve turned my bedroom into a classroom and I’m now teaching kids in China. It’s a lot different
And the thing that’s changed the most…
3. there’s been a new addition to the family.
I have a beautiful little niece. For now, I’m not going to say much about her on this blog other than she’s a healthy little cutie pie who loves to sleep sleep sleep, all day long.
So that’s me just checking in to say I am still alive, and I haven’t completely forgotten about the blog.
In the meantime, if there’s anything you want to see me write about, photograph or vlog about leave a comment below or send me a message via the contact page.
Until next time, it’s back to babysitting my nephew.
